Tom is an experienced commercial laundry and appliance technician with more than 25 years of industry experience, including working directly for Miele and C.R. Wood Electrical.
Tom’s extensive knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, wash processes and laundry chemistry has been instrumental in developing our own bespoke washing programmes at South West Wash. By carefully balancing time, temperature and chemistry, Tom has created highly efficient wash programmes that deliver excellent cleaning results while helping to care for fabrics and reduce unnecessary energy and water use.
His technical expertise ensures that every aspect of our commercial laundry service is designed to deliver consistent, high-quality results for our customers.
